Once the order is placed, we will need at least 2 working days to design and submit the artwork for review.

How to Order:

3. We will design the artwork and send you the mock-up for confirmation before engraving.
4. We anticipate your reply with changes or confirmation within 72 hours of sending mock-up design. If no response is received, we will assume that artwork is correct and complete the order.
