How to Order:

1. While placing order please let us know all the details in personalisation space provided.
2. If you have missed any instructions after placing the order, please use the contact us form. Don’t forget to include the order number.
3. We will design the artwork and send you the mock-up for confirmation before engraving.
4. We anticipate your reply with changes or confirmation within 72 hours of sending mock-up design. If no response is received, we will assume that artwork is correct and complete the order.
