Free shipping (Australia Post Letter or Parcel), if included, only applies to standard shipping within Australia. Express shipping is optional and can be selected at an extra charge during checkout. How to Order:
- While placing the order, please let us know all the details in the personalisation space provided.
- If you missed any instructions after placing the order, please use the "Contact Us" form. Include the order number if possible.
- We will design the artwork and send you the mock-up for confirmation before engraving.
- We anticipate your reply with any changes or confirmation within 48 hours of sending the mock-up design. If no response is received, we will assume that the artwork is correct and complete the order.
